One Minor Complaint

I don't like the fact, you have to join factions to get access to words of power. Like if I'm a warrior, I shouldn't have to join the college of Winterhold for the word of power.

Or the word for fire breath (have to join Companions). I know there aren't any classes, but it ruins the "immersion" when I'm rping a warrior and have to join the college of winterhold for the main quest and word of power.

Not a major problem (for me - as I barely use shouts), but you do have a point. If someplace is sealed by a faction you aren't member of, you should still be able to bribe/talk/sneak/fight your way in.

Eh, I like that there are faction-exclusive words of power. Essentially, hidden power that rests within its domain. You will have to traverse the domain associated with the word of power to access it. Not really a bother either since any character can complete any of the factions.
Spoiler
Warriors can complete the Dark Brotherhood quite easily by simply doing the Companion's questline first so that they become a werewolf. Any crimes you commit as a werewolf do not carry over (also good for RP value). A Warrior also has the option of taking alchemy and using an invisibility potion each mission.
Mages can just take illusion, or follow the same route as a warrior.

As for the College, anyone can do it by way of mutual benefit. They are eager to learn about the ancient words of power that the Dragonborn commands.

Same here, huzzah...

Hopefully this won't interfere with my achievement [censored]. :)

True, but I want to avoid a Mary Sue character I mean a werewolf, assassin, companion, and mage or scholar don't you think that's too much?

At what point in the Main Quest are you required to join the College?
