For some odd reason when I disable mehrunes razor or KOT9 they still are active in my game. From the start mehrunes razor quest pops up telling me of the whatever and the prophet is in anvil. He has all the dialogue options but no actual voice and I can begin the quests. Anyone know why this is happening? I've tried clean saves but it doesn't seem to work

I'm guessing you neither have the Unnoficial Official mod Patches for them enabled?

In any case,
you might want to try removing them by simply uninstalling them from your pc.

I have the UOP and USIP, but nothing that has caused this before. I don't mind mehrunes razor I just noticed that it is messing up the same way since I usually have it activated. It just recently started doing it and it can't be a load order thing because its not even active. I'll try reinstalling it or something unless someone else has any feedback. Thanks for the reply
