Count the number of dragon souls you have and divide by 1.

Go under the "General Stats" tab and scroll down to the "Magic" section--it lists number of dragon souls collected and that's about as close as you can get.

don't forget to figure in the dragons that may have gypped you and not coughed up a soul. I've had at least 5 of those.

Just count the number of shout words you have unlocked (ex: Fus, Ro, and Dah are three individual words, so you would need three souls), and then add the number of spare souls you have.
