Nope!
I heard a MMO - Really I would hate it, I love the elder scrolls as a single player game not a Multiplayer.
As would I. Highly doubt it's an MMO though, single player is what Bethesda does best, and they know better than to cash in on such a mundane franchise. It'll most likely remain single player, though some think that a multiplayer "arena" side component may be interesting.
Release date - 2010 is what I read, but no sign any info on this would help.
Announcement in late 2010 or 2011, release in 2011 or 2012 I believe. This would match up fairly well with their past 4-5 year gap between Morrowind and Oblivion, Fallout 3 to TES V.
The land - we have had cyrodiil now where.
We have had Tamriel (albeit in condensed form), bits of Hammerfell, bits of High Rock, Stros M'kai, the Battlespire, Morrowind, Cyrodiil, as a correction.
Most people speculate Summerset Isles or Skyrim.
