---TAMRIAL---

I would be cool if one day Bethesda could/would develop all of Tamriel east to wast and north to south
with every ocean and mountian and island in that world. This huge game would not be a MMORPG as it
would likly take away from the way Elder Scrolls is writen so it would be Co-Op...

In the World of Tamriel Co-Op would alow for all 10 races to be played not say one would have to play a certian
race but your Co-Op team would only get 10 players. there would be so much content in this game that it would take
Bethesda 15 years to complete it...

But it would be cool....

Tamriel* Whole*

It would also be cool if they recreated the WHOLE of Middle Earth in a TES style RPG, with the dungeons you know from books, plus loads of new ones, with 800 different weapons types including self-crafted sharpened spoons if you wanted, every race, 10000 spells and a crafting system that lets you specialise in anything and build anything, even your own city if you spent enough time doing it, including a sentient AI system which intelligently reacts to your every decision, with ability to understand conversations you type in instead of pre-made conversations, mounted horse combat including huge scale battles with 10000 NPC fighters on screen each with their own personality, with every NPC having individual voice acting.

Arena covered the entire continent, but did so in a rather bland and generic way. The last thing we need is to have a boring game with everything looking the same. It has nothing to do with memory or disc limitations, or consoles; the sheer amount of time and effort to design, lay out, and detail all of the different landscapes, ecologies, cultures, forms of architecture, plants, animals, and everything else to make it believable would take decades. By the time they finished, it would all be obsolete and need to be redone before they could release it.

There are also several threads about "all of Tamriel" in the TES General Discussion forum, but none about "the hole of Tamrial". Is this so-called "pit (or hole) of Tamrial" anywhere near the continent of Tamriel?

It might not be such an insane undertaking, but it would require a much, much bigger team.

It does remain unrealistic, sadly.

I'll be impressed to see the devs working with the modding community to keep morroblivion updated to skyrim standards. Would be EPIC to have TES spanning all of Tamriel while covering the entire timeline in all the provinces.

Only way for this to ever happen is for Bethesda to have an extremely big team to design the game, otherwise it would take decades.

I don't like the idea, I like it single player, TES has always been the game where I go to be alone, even one other player would wreck that for me, personally.

Honestly we are not designers. But I don't see where it would be impossible to do or that it would take decades. They have a lot of it done already. Why couldn't it be done as a massive 6-10 disc game. Where you have to install half the discs to the hard drive so it will run smooth and get a bigger team to get it done faster. I mean seriously anything is possible. Look at Skyrim. They could do it through expansions on discs now. But will they probably not. But if they did I would be willing to pay whatever they charged for it.

Oh yeah and NO mmorpg. System link or local coop would b cool to play with my kids but I don't do mmorpgs. And its not fair that most big rpgs are only online. That's why I am a Bethesda supporter because they give us TES and Fallout. Thank you Bethesda Team.

The entire continent is already in Skyrim... It's just not detailed with cities or non LOD textures. It's also not possible to cross the borders without cheats. But they are there!

It would be awesome, but in order to do it- we would have perhaps 1 square KM of land to represent each province, or it would take a decade.

Maybe one day in the future a smart auto generator will be invented, but until that day the project will be far too ambitious.
