I am glad that Crytek have finally released this - and I think the visuals are hugely better from what I can see on youtube.

At least it proves all the DX11 dissers wrong. DX11 is great technology that is very misunderstood by most people.

But... Now that Crytek have delivered on their promise, I would consider buying it. But they've been and removed it from Steam and my only other choice is to pay through the nose from other download stores (plus I don't really want to install Origin, and not a big fan of D2D) or buy a disk-in-the-drive version which I haven't done in years!

So, even though I would actually buy the game now, another stumbling block is in my way.

Although, I do appreciate there is probably nothing Crytek can do about it as they have already signed whatever contracts that caused the removal.

I;d also consider buying it from GMG, but they don;'t have it.

gamersgate has it and they are just as good as steam, you will just have to pay a few cents in foreign tax.
