Nanosuit Reboot dogtag : Crysis

I recently (today) rebooted my nanosuit, and was happy to see the dog tag appear

However just a few games later it disappeared from my Medals page. I am unsure if it is coming back or if I have to contact EA or something else, so anyone care to help me out?

You wont get it if you reboot again. Its unlock trigger is rebooting for the first time only.

Im starting to think I got lucky in keeping my Born Again tag but still, im missing 6 Mystery unlock tokens.
