Don't see the point of magicka.

Uh, yes they will.

"I'm a mage! It would be cool if I could cast for less magicka! Let's enchant some items!"

Voila.

You mean let me dedicate 6 hours a day for the next week to leveling in enchanting and smithing only, with the specific intent of creating uber Mage equipment? Right, thought so.

Sorry, failure.

When I can just make a set of armor that gives 100% reduction in the destruction / restoration tree.

For my character the appropriate remark would be that I don't see the point of stamina. I'm a pure mage and only use it to run which I have a set of light armor buffed with stamina & stamina regen enchants so I never really need extra stamina and my base stam is still 100 at lvl 56. I use 3 schools of magic and have about 530 magicka. With 100% reduction to destruction spell cost I still consider putting extra points into Magicka to fool around with other spells.

It's all about how u play the game

Getting Echanting to 100 would take a couple hours tops.

So anybody who enchants an item instantly gets 100% reduction?

Riiight. What materials would someone stumble upon or happen to have access to that would allow them to so this before ebing a high level? Also you conveniently left out smithing.

It's called a shop. Try to find one in-game and come back.

And smithing? What do you need that for? Either way, leveling Smithing is even easier than Enchanting.
