Just firstly say this is the first time i've ever posted here, or felt any need to. But, I think the time has come.

Firstly, justy want to say to Bethesda, you have created a mouth-watering, and truly epic game, it's the closest thing to perfection (in gaming terms), you just need to iron out some of the bugs, and you're there! Hopefully I can point out a few that may help..

1) THIS, is the main reason I have written in this forum. Since patch 1.2 I notice I have no Magicka bar, on any character?! Is there a fix for this? This for me is game breaking, as it's just a permanent cheat!!! PLEASE FIX ASAP.

2) There is a slow-down bug, when using the blocking perk that slows down time, on one of my characters he's permanently stuck in slow motion!

Please fix number 1 asap, as I can't do much with my character now
