I've encountered a few quest bugs where I looted a dungeon and found quest items before given the quest and now can't hand them in, but otherwise it's been very stable (has only crashed 3 times in 156 hours!)

One bug in a mainquest that was fixed pretty easily by extracting the Voicesixtra file and one bug that put me in the other side of a cave (which was actually pretty helpfull considering there were 2 cavebears lurking at the entrance).

Nothing close to game-breaking. One door somewhere( don't remember where) bugged and wouldn't let me out. But I used the second door and everything was fine.

Some texture failure, but that's almost a non-issue for me.

Oh yeah, and sometimes some minor lag when I go to the menu.

I've since finished a few quests that leave quest items in my inventory that add excess weight to my already weighted down character. Not a fan of that.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but quest items don't have weight? Or does that change when the items are bugged?

Xbox 360 - only very minor, even after patch 1.2... It even seems as if the game stops freezing, making it 100% perfect.

I experience a lot of bugs.

Flying Mammoths and occasionally NPCs in Solitude.
Rarely creatures or NPCs spawn halfway in the ground.
Had a few Dragon lock ups where they stop doing anything.
Had many general enemy lock ups where they stop doing anything.
Once had this purple texture bug.
Once had a Dragon that just circled overhead following me but never attacking.
Had a lot of quest item related bugs.
Once had a radiant quest send me to the exact same place I just cleared out for a different radiant quest. Made the Companions questline broken for me.

Also had a few errorless crashes to desktop.

Just little things that make you scratch your head... After reading of all the bugs others are having, all I can say is THANK THE NINE I HAVE A PC!

The patch for me has made resist magic/elements useless, so any magic spell (on master) will kill me in 2/3 hits now, and ancient dragons are near impossible. Pretty annoying.

But before the patch I had no problems that had a big effect tbh.

What are you talking about the patch didn't change the gameplay at all... it only fixed bugs and other issues.

Mostly texture clippings (tree floating) and one time I had a mammoth fall out of the sky. Nothing gamebreaking

I would've said none, but I did have the dreaded Companions Bug which I had to console my way out of, with the result of important Companions NPC beng locked in certain positions, and not talking to me. Couldn't do any radiant quests either.

I've only experienced a few bugs so far in my experience on the 360. One was in a dungeon for that Lost Legends quest, I was stuck at a rotating pillar puzzle that was supposed to unlock the final stretch of that dungeon, because the pillars wouldn't respond. I reloaded, and they worked fine after that.

The other bugs I've experienced was sometimes dialogue being triggered twice at times, and dragons I've killed reappearing at random locations sometimes, when I fast travel. Mostly amusing to see. I'm tempted to start using them as storage containers, but I don't want to lose things when they finally disappear (some eventually have, though it takes upwards of a month in game time, I think).

I've seen a texture glitch here and there, but nothing that truly broke my game except for one time I entered a tower that didn't fully load properly, and I was able to walk through the walls until I fell through the "floor." Reloaded, and everything was fine.

The only one I'm annoyed by is the fact that some of the quest items don't lose their "essential" tag so I can drop them after I finish their related quests.

Minor ones and only one really annoying one. After Forsworn Conspiracy quest in Markath those three corrupted guards keep on staying in the shrine of Talos and everytime you enter in it they'll say their questscripted phrases and gives you a bounty of 1000 gold for nothing.

Check your gameplay options. There should be an option for "Save on Character Menu" that's on by default, I think set to save every 15 minutes when you access the menu. That might be what's accounting for your lag when entering the menu, because the game will pause a little to make the autosave.
