I've just changed a CM companion's class, birthsign, and stats using TES4Edit. Everything appears okay, except that the stat levels don't reflect the values I set. For example: I made a Mage into a Warrior, but left his Restoration at 30. When I checked his stats in the game, his Restoration was at 5. INT and WIS are both 35. Any idea why this is, and how I might fix it? You'd think, just because it includes a base class, that it wouldn't prohibit changing skill levels. Bah.
