I wouldn't be a good head because the patch would never be released in a timely manner at least 4-6 months due to me wanting perfection.

I'd fire the lot of the useless testers, and do what any company should, LET THEIR COMMUNITY DO IT! Seriously as a collective, not too far from the Borg we find out more than they do, oh yeah they're paid. Bunch of lazy troglodytes. The community itself has always, and WILL always do their job better.

what they said, let the people complain about bugs until ive fixed them good and proper. all the heated crying over bugs did was make them rush it and screw it up worst. let them do there jobs, after a quick fix for the really broken stuff added in the current one ofc.
