The Mercenaries Past

Ok, this will be my first time writing a Fan-Fic and I want to know if it sounds good

Prologue
_____________________________________________________________________

My name is James Rocker. Alot of people know me, but most people don't even care that I'm there. Everyone comes in, looks at me, and go talks to the store owner. The most I've heard about me around town is "I heard that their's a new mercenary at Craterside Supply. They say he never sleeps!" Like I said. Alot of people know me. I'm the new guard at Craterside Supply in Megaton and you probobly don't know much about me. I wasn't always working at Craterside Supply. And now you'll know the past behind me. My name is James Rocker and this is my life story.

With just over 100 words it is not possible to say. I suggest you write considerably more and get the story going to give others a chance to assess your potential as a writer and get a feel for any plot and storyline that is going to evolve.

I also suggest that you spend time writing your fan fiction in a word program (Microsoft Word, Open Office Writer) as they have spell checkers built in and it gives you time to check it all out, correct mistakes and sort out the layout before you copy/paste to the forum. Good luck and I look forward to your next - longer - section. :)

I agree with Rohugh, it needs more length, and MS Word is great for writing stories, as long as you don't have copy/paste problems like me :brokencomputer:

Since when does Rohugh patrol the FanFic Boards? Never seen him in these parts before.

Hah, I "patrol" all the forums as do all the moderators, but as a few things had become a bit messy I have been hanging around. ;)

I write my stories in a red notebook before posting them! Oh, classic notebooks... :tops:
