What i laughed out loud at was when this happened yesterday:

I just finished killing a dragon in Riften with the help of the guards, then when i'm halfway through absorbing it's soul, one of the guards came up to me and said this: "I've got to thinking... maybe i'm the Dragonborn, i just don't know it yet."

Walking down the street in fully upgraded Daedric heavy armour and some guard asks me if I've lost my sweet-roll

I had a guard say the same, then he got an arrow in the knee.

yeah and your franticly shooting arrows at it to draw its attention, but alas, its more intrested in that random bandit running for its life

this is weird. they've never attacked the same place twice. im always wandering the country side (along side a river). dragon comes! oh no! what? (dragon flys past me and attacks mud crabs instead? like their a bigger threat?)

does this ever happen to anyone?

What the hell is a Cloud District?

It's the district right before Dragonsreach, I believe the districts are separated by staircases, so it's the "second floor" of Whiterun.

I used to go to the cloud district... then i took an arrow to the knee...

I really want that guy to follow me to the Cloud District, and Fus-Roh-Dah him back down to where he belongs.
