I'm a complete svcker for animations. I love them and would have them go off every time I get a kill If I could. The only thing is they never ever ever proc for me. I played a sneak archer for my 1st play through so I got absolutely 0 with him, and I never shot a dragon out of the sky either QQ. Now I'm going dual sword Khajiit and I still hardly get any of them. Do you have to aim at a certain part of the body to activate them, or are they 100% random?
I really want to get one off on a dragon never have though.
Any tips?

it seems... Not always but it seems like when you Crit to kill an enemy's it will execute them. I find if you have the 1h perk that does double dmg when you do a sprint atk to finish off an enemy it will work. For example when you you them low and they take a knee ,, back up and let them stand up .. Use your sprint atk . does not always do it but i get alot of them this way.
