Could someone explain to me how I can verify which patch version is installed in my game? After I've downloaded Lonesome Road, Courier's Stash and GRA, some things in this game (vendor inventory/caps respawning) get reset extremely frequently, like they used to do before the patches, and it makes me wonder.
