It would get us around faster considering those people who thing running around the wasteland in power armor is a good idea (no offense) but it seems a little slow.At least let us have points in quests or the storyline we could use some kind of machine.For the fun on it.

No, it's still a really good idea that would ad a lot to gameplay, if not made like in Borderlands. All (,odern) RPG's has some transportation like horses (faster then walking) and teleportation for really long distances. Horses are ruled out it seams, unless mechanical (which is present in game although not working), bikes, cars, anything would really do.
