i guys, i decided to give the editor a shot and with no prior experience this is all new to me. I managed to create a nice island but i can't get any textures to show on it. Its just white all the time no matter what i do..

How do i Paint textures on the maps?

i've selected:

"View" > "Roll up bar" > "Terrain" > "Layer Painter"

but when i paint nothing happens.

File -> Generate Surface Texture

Same here but, I just had fun opening up some single player game levels and flying around in them. Very cool!
