I dont know if its a bug in Fraps or something but normally when i have dx11 enable, hd textures enabled and all settings on extreme i get 30fps but if i go to setting and disable full screen and go to desktop then go back to the game and enable full screen then my fps goes up to 45 - 50 fps.

my card is a Radeon Hd 6870

does this happen for anyone else

Take into account that this patch and textures + DX11 were not coded for ATI cards , Low end nvidia cards are getting better FPS than single 6970s or 6950s, I have a system that passes all the recommended specs and I get 18-35 fps (very low) We have to wait for the next catalyst update to get good FPS check this link http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=346910

Yea saw it on a forum a while ago, it's called refreshing the shaders alongside with GPU memory. I do that in Bad Company 2, Crysis 2 and games that for some weird reason stays at an subnormal framerate on an decent GFX card.

And yes i get around 10-15FPS more too xD

lol @ AMD, look at all these stupid little loops and holes you have to try to do just to make the card work as it is supposed to. i enjoy not having to worry so much about what the graphic card is doing and focus more on enjoying the game

quiet, there is no need for your ignorance here. Ive been using ATi cards for years and they are awesome.

If you have v-sync on and it's stuck at 30 fps it's because they did not enable triple buffering for DX11 for some weird reason.
