Are there any mods that add trees and grass? I am looking for something that makes the trees more fuller. I am using Natural Enviornments that makes the trees larger. But,. i am also looking for something that adds more trees. Thanks.

you should try RPGBlackdragon's trees, and Diverse Grasses.

Unfortunately though it's not quite what the poster was asking for. For plant and tree textures I'm more of a fan of Improved Trees and Flora, heh. But I don't think there's anything besides the Natural Environments / Enhanced Vegetation increased tree size and UL mods that change certain areas (I suppose Redwoods would be a good one in this case). And Diverse Grasses adding that one extra type of grass in with the rest. Maybe someone can correct me?

I will say though, as someone who uses OBGE ColorEffects with a saturation boost of +0.2, and feels sad when I see screenshots that have the desaturated stylized look that lots of games have these days, Lush n Gaudy and Corepc's Vibrant Textures are the awesomest mods I don't use lololol
