Players that make names with spaces are unable to be kicked with votekick because crytek and/or EA implemented this quickly without testing it fully, to know their programming was terrible when it came to parsing input strings. I even tried using "votekick 'playerwith thisspace'" and it didnt remedy the problem. Try kicking someone with 13 at the end of their name and a space; you cant.

Most of the people dont know how to vote because the F1 and F2 arent advertised with the "vote kick initiated against XXXXX".


It should say, in their own language, "vote kick initiated against XXXXXX, press F1 to vote". F2 should not work as people that dont vote are having their say by not voting yes, because you require a certain number of people to vote.

On a vote kick the person should be banned for 30 minutes to an hour and the ban time should be settable by the person in charge of the server.

The whole anti-cheat system is a joke. Many people does not know how to vote, and I myself do not know how to initiate a vote kick.

I don't know if Crytek suddenly stopped their development on the anti-cheat system, but I am noticing more and more aimbotters and fly hackers.

Try the DDD server. We know how to kick/ban the arse holes and we have no problem banning the hackers forever either

If I'm trying to kick someone I tell everyone to press F1 and some press f1 out of curiosity because they don't know what it does
