ON GAME LEADER BOARD STUCK AT LEVEL 13

My on game leaderboard is stuck at level 13 although im in level 27 atm. the thing hasn't been updated for a 3-4 days now. also if you click on my profile it shows the stats for some user name called Im_Unrivaled. Anyone has similar issues?

Yes! Mine shows M4dn3ss999 instead of M4dn3ss
Also, have you rebooted your nanosuit?

yeah i've tried rebooting but to no avail. this is my second account the one i rebooted got stuck at level 42 and its seriously annoying!
