First of all I apologize for the errors of language.

I am disappointed with how I was treated.

I called the service technician to get back the money. I bought: Skyrim for ps3.

And I can not play for all the problems that the game has.
I had several answers all stupid and useless.
The first was: "There are other things to do in life"
The second: "You have to buy a xbox360".

Bethesda has really disappointed me with the quality of the game, but most of all the services you give people who buy the game honestly.

I Do not will buy any more game of bethesda, and following the advice I received:
maybe next time I'll buy an Xbox 360 modified so you'll never get a penny from me.

their customer service and tech support are very friendly and efficient if you ask me.. always fast reply to e-mails and friendly people, and its not their problem to give you your money back..its the store you bought the game from

To be fair, you didn't buy it from Bethesda so your chances of getting 'your money back' from them are slim to none.

However if you really want to kick up a stick write a complaint in the form of a letter (not an email) to their tech support, their HQ and if you can find the information, their directors (or equivalent). If you do that they make give you some kind of sop, game credit or something.

That would be your choice.

No game will be perfect, a lot of the problems here have been due to overly high expectations and disagreements with the design of the game and not actually the game itself.
I can agree that the PS3 save game issue was bad, very bad in fact, but that was fixed. The current problems will be fixed. Betheda customer support is no worse than many other CS services for any walk of life (my ISP CS makes me grind my teeth every time I call them, but in the end their service overall has been ok).

Though in the end not purchasing another Bethesda game is your choice, though I suspect you will in the future, as will most who write these threads :)

So like the other day, I bought this car, right? It was a good car, like, until I noticed the color was, well, like, navy-blue instead of deep-ocean blue. Right?! And so I then like totally called Mazda, demanding that they, like, gave me back my money or something? And then, I totally said that, like, I would never buy another of their cars if they didn't... :facepalm:

Really? Did you get a special patch that no one else got?

I can tell you 100% it was not fixed, they just prolonged the time you get before lagging.

Even on a fresh game the save file grows fast and the game slows to a crawl.....oh and let's not forget all the problems the patch introduced.
