Today I prized house carl by king(?) of whiterun and purchase horse.

But when i travel with my horse & house carl only i can ride horse

And house carl have to run. it's very slow and that was a pitiful sight

Is there any way give horse to my house carl??

Or please make that option ???

No, but if you enter a room she will just teleport there like a boss. So it usually doesn't mater.
