Integration is the main one. it involves a lot of magic, riddle solving, socialization, being able to find multiple solutions to things, scholarly stuff, lot's of lore learning, etc. and it does all of that in fun, unique, interesting ways.... because we all know that mages don't care about fetching things or clearing dungeons. It's all about the knowledge, power, politics, experimenting, and other cerebral exercises.
