I and the rest of the Nightkin inhabitants of the State of Utobitha do appreciate the extraordinary amount of tolerance and aid that has been given by the towns of Primm and Novac. That being said we will not be able to enter into a formal alliance with anyone here. I will gladly sign a permanent ceasefire with all factions here or continue to send stable Nightkin in exchange for aid and Stealth Boys, but a formal alliance would be met with only confusion by the rest of my kind. The Nightkin that the humans you sent to Black Mountain met were the most stable and contained the most self control...they are, unfortunately, the minority. If any human were to be seen by one of my more unstable brethren, they would be attacked on sight.
