Fortify light armor : V

Hi guys

I'm like level 55, (not a brag) been hoarding my butt off but I still don't have any equipment that fortifys 'light armor' so I can disenchant it etc...

Has anybody come across a known peice of equipment etc that fortifys light armor or know of a way i can get the spell to use at my enchanting altar?

Any help much appreciated

Look in general stores for a 'neckless of the squire' IIRC. I have come across quite a few? You can easily get past the armor cap without fortify armor though.
