can crytek please allow us to play this in devmode on the next patch.

Utilizing the dx11 and playing this in 3rd person would create another type of element and immersive gameplay.

CRYTEK allow us to play in -devmode.

as far as I know, Patch 1.9 allows it.

Create a shortcut to Crysis 2 and change it in the shortcut properties to "Crysis2.exe -devmode"

Press F3 to fly

doesnt work. ive tried it because i want r_displayinfo 1 so bad

yes the guy above me is correct...-devmode does not work in crysis 2 unlike crysis 1 which worked right out the box.

This game is so dumbed down compared to the first.

i wish they would put a new patch that lets activates -devmode and let us play in 3rd person...doggonnit.

yeh i def hear you...i wish they didn't strip down the game so much. i almost feel like i wasted 60 bucks...at least the dx11 patch was pleasing.
but playing this game in 3rd person with dx11 will be epic.
