No DX11 Water, help : Crysis

I have an ATI Radeon Dual 1gb 5900 HD Series video card, yet i dont get DX11 water quality like in this video

I still get the old DX9 water effects, any suggestions? All my settings are on Ultra and i have DX11 enabled, im on the steam version of the game too if that helps.

Dunno, I use an Nvidia card so my ATi knowledge is limited but isn't there a setting in the driver options that controls the amount of tessellation in games?
