Shouts not working? : V

Every once in a while after my shout is done recharging, I try to use it again and nothing happens...anyone else have this problem? (I am on PS3, if that makes a difference)

I play on 360 and this happened before the new patch. So that should fix it for you.

I'm on 360 and that has happened to me a few times too.

I don't use shouts, but when I have, I've never had a problem.

Happens to me too, very annoying. Hopefully it's fixed now, I restarted since having this problem and I haven't got shouts yet on my new character.

Edit: On 360.

I'm on PC and have that happen on occasion.
