looking for a leveling mod

Right now, I'm using Balor's leveling mod (Vehim edition). If you're not familiar with it, it automatically levels your characters attributes based on what skills are used. There's no need to micro-manage your character's actions for just the level you're looking for, it all happens naturally. Also, you (usually) gain a little luck every level, anywhere from -1 to +3. It works really well, except for one small problem. It doesn't take into consideration skill levels after character creation, only the possible gains before the skill maxes out. So, let's say I have a mage oriented character with a Magic Specialty and Alteration, Destruction, and Restoration major skills. Not including potential racial bonuses, I'll only have 75 skill levels of each skill to contribute to willpower by the time the skills are maxed out. On the other hand, a character who doesn't take the magic specialty or major skills in either will have up to 100 levels of each skill to contribute to Willpower, giving this character potentially greater willpower than the mage-oriented character by the endgame. This seems a little backwards to me.

Anyway, if anyone knows of a mod that does essentially what Balor's does, but also takes initial skill levels into consideration, I would like to hear about it. Thanks.

I read that before posting, and even read the descriptions of the mods, but some of them weren't clear while others were too abstract. I was hoping for a more concrete comparison/description.

I don't remember any thread that goes into real depth with leveling mod comparisons as it's such a personal choice.
A recent thread may shine some light. http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1205398-your-preferred-style-of-leveling/

Good luck
