So I got up to the part where you have to meet bjorf or whatever his name is in the raggod flaggon. So I went through the tunnel area and got to there but little did I know he decided to say [censored] it and go stand at his little stand area and not leave no matter what. Ive waited about 4 days for him to leave, even left the town and done other quests to wast even more time but hes just standing there and so is everybody else. Everybody that was standing there during the quest when you have to plant the ring on that guy is there and they wont leave either. They just stand there. This is the second time slyrims glitches have [censored] up the thieves guild for me. Please help in anyways that you can.
