Does anyone know of a utility that will list the blocks and sub-blocks of all modified cells in a mod? Basically when I need to change something in TES4Edit, it would be easier if I knew which block and sub-block a cell is in. I was hoping TES4Dump might do the trick, but it isn't available anymore.

The two images at the bottom of the image tab. Those should be what you're looking for.

Thanks Arthmoor, but I've got those already I was just looking for a text dump so that if I needed to edit an interior cell called Joe's House, I could look at it on my list and see that Joe's House is in Block 5, Sub-block 7. Just helps when I'm trying to change something in TES4Edit - I can just right to that section, expand it and make my changes. I guess my need is rather unique But when you've changed 52 sub-blocks, expanding them all to find what you're looking for gets a little tedious after a while.

However the stuff from that link looks like it will be very handy when I start going through our exterior edits! Thank you

Oh. Right. So far as I know no such thing exists but would be handy to have.

Yeah I settled for a bunch of screenshots of TES4Edit that I stitched together! A little hard to read, but serves the purpose

hmmm... if this was posted somewhere else (like a specific thread I fairly religously read) it would have got a faster response of the variety you're looking for.
oh well seen it now... try Wrye Bash svn#1397 (and for those not using svn it's in 294 (when it's released ofc) and here's a snip of output from Midas Magic:)
