Sardonnicus,

Very nice job with the Mod and Sunset view! Very relaxing.

dimon99,

Nice! More pretty ladies! I find it fascinating that the people mods come out so very different, like so unique flavors!

Cheers,

M

Very nice shots...scenic indeed. I did find it funny though when I looked at the first one and spotted dead man in underwear laying over some tables...just wasn't expecting it in that kind of shot. :lmao:

Axe in head = "Dead" sixy. Actually nice work...bet you get more clicks too.

I did really like the tactical vest shots though...the screens remind me of someone but I can't quite place who. Either way ...good stuff.

Aww adorable!

These remind me of the skeleton variants from MMM for Oblivion. Pretty cool! :coolvaultboy:

Ha... did not even realize he was in the the shot. He was a NPC that fell victim to some island raiders. I laid his body out on the chairs for artistic inspiration, and for the local kids.

PS...

Hey Spinat.... what gun is that in those pics??? Me likey!!!!

I turned AA off. I have a 22" widescreen monitor. I have the game resolution set at: 1680x1050.

2xAA too much? You should turn on AA for scenic screenshots, then I could use more of them for my desktop XD I'm super picky about that kind of thing. Yes, im a graphics freak. For the record, I am using one now.

Huh... I don't know much about what AA does exactly... i'll try bumping it back up to 2 and see what things look like.

It basically blurs the edges of things to look smoother an less jagged. Realistically 4x is all you really need for a decent look. the higher res the image, the more apparent it is, like yours being 1680x1050

I've read the opposite. You need less anti-aliasing the higher you get and the closer you get to your monitors native resolution. It's more apparent when you're stretching something lower res on a high-res screen.

For example, when your computer is in safe-mode everything is all jagged, and the system is loading in VGA mode. When this is stretched across your larger than VGA monitor it looks really crappy. However, AA would blur those edges in an attempt to make them look smoother.

Well, i ment for people with smaller screens, you zoom in to full size and you notice all the jagged edges I have a 19" at 1280x1024. Your right though, bigger screens + bigger res, you dont need as much AA.

Antialiasing does no such thing and has absolutely no reliance on the monitor's native resolution or lack of.

It is a means to get more accurate rendering. Each pixel is represented in 3d space as a dimensionless point, so if something is thin enough, it will occasionally miss the pixel, even if it is a continuous line.

An example is the power lines from pylons in Fallout 3. At a moderate distance, without antialiasing, they appear broken and dashed, this is where the point of the pixel does not see the power line, but sees the sky, the line goes "between points".

By adding antialiasing we don't use just one point for a pixel, we use two (2x) or four (4x) or more. These points are arranged over the area of the pixel in a grid. If some see the line and some do not, the pixel will be partly the background sky and partly the line. This makes the pixel more accurate.

The end result is in things looking far, far more realistic.

Edit:
For you guys, here's a demonstration of how AA works:

Wow, nice suit dimon99! I suppose it's available somewhere? I'm using your TYPE3 body mod for a while and I'm very satisfied. :-)
