Game crashes at cell reset, meaning as soon as 3rd day start

I am getting back into Oblivion, downloaded and installed mods etc. Have latest OBSE, wryebash, use BOSS and TES4edit to clean files. whenever I get to the third day, which is the cell reset, I have that happen on the third day, the game just crashes. Any idea why this might be happening? My load list below:

From a quick glance I see you're using The Elder Council with All Natural, which are mentioned in the AN readme as incompatible. You're also using Kvatch Rising, which for reasons that can't be mentioned, doesn't really play nicely with other mods at all.

I'd disable the Elder Council, Kvatch Rising and that resource pack and see if it works then. If it does, great, if not, you'll need to use the tried and tested method of disabling all mods and then re-enabling them one by one to find the issue.

I missed that in there. I would rather disable all natural than elder council honestly. Ill try that and see if it works.

edit-- Checked the readme and it only said the area wouldn't look right not that it would cause crashes. The game does not crash when I go into the imperial city or anywhere else. It only crashes on the third day when the cells are to be reset so the issue is something else.

Yes, but you still disable those mods anyway. If a mod conflicts, it's more likely to cause a crash. If it doesn't solve the crash then of course, enable them again, but only after you've tested every mod in your load order.
