Mart's Monster Mod issues.

I intend to use this mod alongside FCOM, but that's a differant thing aside from the issue.
I am on an Oblivion plane, about to take a portal back outside to the Exterior cell. (This is for the quest where you rescue the souls of the 5 Daedra worshippers)
Upon entering the exterior cell, the game crashes, however if I disable Martigens Monster mod, it doesn't crash.
My installation process was the following:
Extract MMM.bsa to the Data folder (Version 3.55)
Place Marts Monster Mod.esm into the data folder. (MMM 3.7 Beta patch)
Rename MMM.bsa to "FCOM_Convergence_Mart's Monster Mod.bsa"
Load up game, no crash in Oblivion plane cell.
Go to exterior cell, receive crash.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: In addition, having "FCOM_Convergence_Mart's Monster Mod.bsa" named "MMM.bsa" still produces a crash.
