I don't agree, DHMH , i loaded C1 a few months back and it looked like a sh-ite, washed out game of yesteryear.
Right now i got C2 and FEAR3 running, nice lookin', dx11 games. :)

FEAR 3? Crysis 1 still looks better than every other non-crysis game out there (and exception of BF3).

"We don't have a LAN function, so to play this game on LAN parties is impossible without an internet connection."

Someone here wants to pirate the game and play at Garena.

Any intelligent person reading this thread can see at the beginning of this post that King Of Sand is the only troll here. Re-read the topic of this post and the post itself. umm. crysis 1 is directx 9.0c and directx 10.0 it is a 64-bit app game i think. and its outdated. for the time of it release it was the killer app from crytek. it tested yesturdays pc's. but today we have a new break through.

its this game crysis 2. notice that today pc cant run it very will you would need to sli this game for it to run with all the bells and whistles that you want. but just wait like 3 years and the next pc over will run this game perfectly. it just takes time right now i think the team at crytek is working on this. so there is no reason to complain. we all knew when we asked them for a FULL DirectX 11 game with high rez would be for a later computer.

so i would say wait for the new processor to roll out. new video cards to roll out. and then come back to this game.

key word here "patience is a gamers best friend".

All this in DX9 !!!! DX11 for now does not impress me!

Nobody said you couldn't do this in DX9, it's just probably easier and better quality in DX11.
