Viarmo of the Bard College. I think he is the president / whatever of it. I suspect that this guy sent an assassin after me earlier for borrowing an alchemy book. Anyway, there are two really weird things going on with Viarmo:

1. He is always using a torch. After the burning of the effigy of King Otav he won't let go of the torch. By day and night, eating and even when he is sleeping it is there in his hand burning forever.

2. The quest check for 'Investigate the Bard College' is not resolved and the quest marker is always on him.

Is there anything I can do to fix either of these? I don't understand how you people even know the correct quest names to use setstage when the ck isn't even out until January. I just want that quest done and for him to stop walking around with a forever torch.

Please, anyone?

Now I've noticed that some of the College students are stuck outside and still think they are at the effigy burning party.
