Anyone has a fix for the pixelated textures ?

I am running in DX9 at ultra, no DX11 no HD Texture pack, no Mods. Only patch 1.9

I have good hardware, 1.2gb vram. So why i get pixelated textures ?

I also get these. Notable places are To The Ashes (or whatever) a building in the background after turning a corner in the vehicle are VERY distorted.

Semper Fi Or Die there is a problem with the waterfall on the right as you climb down the first area into the water.

On the very first mission in the submarine when you help open the hatch I seem to 'phase' through a grate on the wall to let people through.
