Have any patch announcements come out that will fix in game bugs (followers, dragons, buffs, debuffs)? My game ran perfectly, thus the recent patch did nothing for me because it only addressed hardware type things.

Has the creation toolkit been released yet? The goods mods will come only then.

I stopped playing like 2 weeks ago, and I plan to get back into things when both these things have happened.

I don't care if we're talking 2013, I'm just curious if anything has been said, and find no pleasure in playing until these things are done and live
