I have a companion and she is currently wearing full daedric (as am I), i made a daedric bow for her and also found some daedric arrows. I wanted her to use the bow (which he is) with the daedric arrows (which she isn't). She intends on using the iron arrows still, is there anthing I can do to make her use the daedric arrows? Thanks

They should use the best arrows that they've got. Have you removed all the iron arrows from her inventory?

lol im having a similar problem.
my follower kharjo will equip the ebony arrows but still use a hunting bow(or imperial idk) rather than the ebony bow(legendary) with fire damage.

In another thread, someone said that they will EITHER use a bow you give them, OR the arrows, but not both.

I still haven't figured out how to give them items...the interact key only gives dialog options, and none of them are "Give you some gear"

ive seen someone post about this before. the response was that for some reason the follower will use either the arrows or the bow but not both. you have to pick which one you want them to use and then remove the other. ive had this issue myself.

I couldn't remove the iron arrows because that is their standard set (i.e part of the stuff you cant take off them). By the way guys, my companion is now using the arrows. I don't know what I did, all I did was go out exploring and she started killing this mammoth with me, when I looted the mammoth I noticed there were two daedric arrows. I checked my companion and BOOM, she suddenly started using them :0

EDIT: Nevermind she was using the hunting bow :(:(:(
