Just made a strictly Thief/Assassin character recently and have been having a blast on him, my favorite part of course preparing the poisons that will take down my biggest kills. I've created a handful of types but since I don't have a complete grasp on the Alchemy system, I was wondering how you could get the most potent Damage Health/Paralysis poison? I read that Human Flesh + Imp Stool creates it, but what other combinations could I use for the most potent results?

That's how I came to the Human Flesh/Imp Stool conclusion, though I'm not sure how that tool works when it lists the other items that aren't highlighted. Are there other ingredient combinations that produce the same effect? I saw a ridiculous poison on these boards the other day but, can't remember which thread.
