Hey. Just installed Fran's leveling scale mod and whenever I fast travel to a distance far away I get a CTD. I know it's Fran's thats conflicting with something but I don't know what.

Definitely! Then read the notes it gives you. This will (most probably) solve your problem, or at the very least prevent more problems from occurring.

I ran BOSS, and no errors appeared. Now i'm really confuzzled

It just simply orders your mods in the correct way. Play it now and see if the issue still occurs.
