So I have installed the Dedicated server tools about 3 times and each time I screw up when writing the xml files and dedicated server files.

Can someone PLEASE upload a zip with all of these pre-written
( Except with username/password/Server name/Server Password )

The last DEDI server files I edited that actually worked was for AVP 2010 and that was just plain .cfg files.

set up RCON and HTTP connectivity + set up server region (to use RCON and monitoring tools like gametracker and HLSW):

- Create a shortcut of the Crysis2DedicatedServer.exe which is located in ..\Crysis2\Bin32\.
- Right click on the shortcut, click on properties and type in the following information at the end of the target line.

+rcon_startserver port:64000 pass:****** +http_startserver port:64001 +http_password ****** +g_gamespy_server_region 65536

should looks like this:

Also, How can I add a password to the Server so that only me and my friends can practice

And I noticed that upon server load, I have to manually start the maps by typing map cw2_lighthouse, is there any way I can force the server to auto load the first map in rotation?

the round will start in 10 seconds () after 1 player () will be connect to your server

(i had made a little mistake in example - - after connection player should have some time to vote, you have to change it to 10 seconds or more)

The only thing I need now is to make the server automatically start the first map in rotation, at the moment I get this

map:nolevel rules:TeamInstantAction


Can it be made to start the first map in the map rotation so that I don't need to manually start it?

Don't worry, I figured it doesnt actually start the loading of any maps until at least one player joins the server.
