Wolf armor without completing Companions questline? : V

I encountered a problem. I got stuck in the Companions questline. Is it possible to get the Wolf Armor which most Companions wear without continuing in the questline? Thanks in advance.

One of the first quests, you have to kill some guy in a cave, and i remember him having Wolf armour.
Which reminded me, i wish we could make armour out of the animal pelts. Like Snow wolf armour, goat armour and whatnot. Haha

I managed to buy a full set from Eorlund Greymane (the blacksmith) when I did 2-3 quests for the Companions.
So you can relate, it was before a certain... ritual...

you can buy it from the smith guy after the first quest allready..and the helmet is ugly as hell
