This mod takes up where "Rational Names" left off. Using the "Import Names" feature of Wrye Bash, it orders various items from potions and spells to arrows and various tools according to a naming scheme which groups various types of items together.
For example ater importing this file into your Bashed Patch, each potion\spell\scroll name in the game (and for many common overhauls) will be prefaced with a code that groups them according to effect type. Restorative or ability items are prefaced by (+), Buff or stat adjustment items by (=), and Poison or damage items by (x).
This keeps restorative/ability items at the top, buff/stat items below that, and poison/damage items below that, before all uncategorized items which appear below that.
Arrows are kept together by following the standard naming convention "Arrow, *name text* (*quality*)" Various other items such as meats are similarly grouped, by the convention "Meat, Type."
Many of the old changes from Rational Names are included or slightly modified to fix typos, rename certain entries so they are more intuitive, and maintain a general consistent naming scheme.
Buff items maintain the intuitive naming scheme of Rational Names while restorative items keep to a more literal description. For example, a "Potion of Fortify Endurance" becomes "(=) Fortitude" while a "Potion of Restore Health" becomes "(+) Restore Health."
I find this to be generally less confusing. See included readme for more info and installation instructions.
