Nah got irritated with the half-leveled thing and used console commands to set level to 82. Now of course I am on a new character playing on master and blissfully getting my ass handed to me by skeevers and the like. Master difficulty is overrated. Just makes you a one hit quit kind of guy and everything else a damage sponge...Wish difficulty was determined in another way. Just upping the damage of enemies would be more fun I think. Not the health by the absurd amount they do.

Not sure why I started ranting about difficulty but meh. Still true.
