If certain skill exceed 100, will it has extra benefit?

I just found out my speech is 110, but selling price and buying cost of items do not have any changes :(

I think smithing does, allowing you to upgrade certain things higher than normal. I haven't messed with smithing a whole lot, so dont take that as gospel.

i know smithing improves to a certain extent when at 100 with no perks.
with perks = alot better

Doesn't matter if you have every skill at 100, most of them are worthless without a perk and some sort of sick joke you have to raise every skill in order to raise your base level. Didn't even bother making classes, just mash a few stuff together and put in a random cap, the story is pretty short but hey, feel free to get to 80 something.


That aside everything has some sort of hard cap regardless of the number.
