It makes your attacks faster when using any Unarmed weapon... except your bare fists. Kind of funny if you ask me. We'll make your attacks with a high damage weapon faster, but when you have low damage bare fists, you're on your own.

Any news about them fixing this?

And on a related note, does higher Unarmed give you more damage with bare fists? Or is it a constant?

Because they forgot to add barefist to the list and no one really noticed as given the choice an unarmed weapon is always superior to bare hands.
