if you are the first time to use wrye bash, i would recommend using the installer version to install wrye bash. it would download and install required python if not detected.

This is the second "How to install thread" you've made. Almost every major mod that I've seen comes with extensive instructions on how to install it, either in the main post describing it, the description on the download site, or a README in the download. You'll find it really beneficial to read those, as you won't have to come here for help every time you want a mod. Luckily, most mods install in very similar ways, it's not hard once you get the hang of it.
